aoe2 HD on steam and voobly is the most active age game. tons of people online and lots of patches and DLCs. yes, most people use steam, we even have an N3O clan steam group. it is just a great hub and people use it to chitchat, arrange things, etc. The aoe1 remake is a godsend. there are also tons of people playing aoe2 hd and the old version on voobly. holy hell, your date of registration is late 2007.....

TWC in itself is indeed redundant, but you still need it and Vanilla to use their content in TAD. With the newest official patch, you don't need to switch discs ever, the game is able to run...

I think the 200+ pop one might be an option ina  future patch. Competitive players will still cap it at 200, but peopple who want 250 or 300 pop could do so.
