AI 9 - The Big Daddy

I have made a new and enhanced AI for AOE3. ... -big-daddy

It builds on the Lamer Major and Helot Major AIs. It trains 4 unit types, upgrades ALL economic upgrades for Natives and Asians, and has a few new cards it sends. It is a major step in developing AOE3 and I hope that the new designers of the HD version will take a look at it.

Economics is still the same, except it builds more mills, farms, plantations and rice paddies lategame.

New handling of Command Skill and TEAM Scout Cavalry is added.

Works well on all Governor's Maps as well.
