Well done, Soccer! I told you that you would make it there soon. I have to say that your team China is very strong. Hopefully my uhlans helped balance out any cav deficiencies they have. Here's one point, though: Have you thought of adding the Old Han Reforms card in Age 4? Experts seem to like that one and it gives a really nice combat boost to Qiang and CKN. To be sure, they cost a bit more, but in Age 4 your econ should be rockin!
My goals: Continue playing wonderful team games with all N30 members and improve my play; continue experimenting with new civs; get to mid-August so I can really sit down and play for a few uninterrupted days :-P I'm happy with my 2d Lt. status; I'm doing 85% unrated these days. But whether my PR goes up or down, I'm happy to be in this clan. No more anxiety!

Thanks buddy. You, me, and Al played really well together in that game as a team. Al's archaic infantry spanish card to boost our spam + your uhlan raiding really turned that game. I played the trade empire and had all trade posts (5) by 8 mins. Deadly shipment spam after that. What amazes me is they just gave up map control and they had map-control civs: Russia/India/Brits. Once we repelled that rush and the India guy's fort fell I knew it was gg right there, just a matter of time.
Yeah, rank don't matter so much to me as much as setting a goal and making it and having fun. I compete with myself more than anyone.
I'll take a look at that card, the more I read about the civ the more I see it being used by the "higher" players.

Call me a skeptic, but I wanna see the rec of you beating him. To say he can't beat you is a bold statement. I got curious and looked at both of your past (recent) rated and custom games and I can't even see that you've played each other.
If you guys do play, just both do it in a good sportsman type fashion - fair civs, etc... I'd love to see the result.

Having played you I don't think you'll have a problem keeping the sgt rank. Just keep to the basics and doing things faster. GL HF

Having played you I don't think you'll have a problem keeping the sgt rank. Just keep to the basics and doing things faster. GL HF
