India's Grazing Card
Camels generate food and elephants generate wood. I haven't seen it in anyone's deck, so I assume it's not a good card. But you know what happens when you assume ...I couldn't find it in the quick reference. What is the rate that it generates?

Here's the stats from the QRG:
Camels auto-generate food (0.05 per sec) and elephants auto-generate wood (0.1 per sec), and +1 villager.

Re: India's Grazing Card
so 50 camels give 2.5 food per second, equal to +- 3 settlers

Re: India's Grazing Card
So if a camel costs 100 food. 50 = 5000 food. Payback would be in 2000 seconds or 33.33 minutes....doesn't seem worth it. If they are 80 food, then 26 2/3 minutes is the payback for 50.
Then you have to protect them. I think you're right Thrashard, worthless card.

Don't forget the gold they cost too.
Sowar 80 food 80 gold
Zamburak 60 food 60 gold.

Re: India's Grazing Card
Worthless card. You need to have an average of 24 elephants to match the age 2 wood card. There's no way in hell you'll ever have 24 elephants, much less consistently.
Groovy.

[quote=""Cyclohexane's Quick Reference Guide - Home City Shipments - Asians Worksheet""]

It is also listed under every camel and elephant in the "Units - India" worksheet on the "Autogather (if Grazing HC Shipment)" row.
Everything is there!
It is not really fair to compare the cost of the units since you need them anyway, it is more accurate to compare the cost of a typical Age 2 shipment. Of course you would probably not send in Age 2 since you would not have enough units to make it worthwhile (actually never would as shown above), so compare against an Age 3 shipment., which for India (-XP penalty), is very large. So yea, I agree, completely and utterly useless unless you play those no rush 2 hour games...
EDIT: Just noticed Rascal gave it an acronym. I like it, reminds me of work where I can say a complete sentence in an acronym and everyone understands. QRG...
