The civ I like to team with depends on my civ, for instance with sioux I hate teaming with jap, they allways steal my hunts. When playing India I like an aztec/iro teammate (for obvious reasons I think). Most of the time I just need a teammate with a civ that can fend off the early problems. I'm slow most of the time and need to survive past that 12 min before I can play above a rank 17.

My favorite civ to team with is any civ that is headed by 36drew.
He builds 1,000,000 hussars that cut the other teams eco to ribbons, while I build a bunch of muskets mostly because I have to do something to occupy the time until the "gg" comes up a few minutes later.
