It looking like im taking it back and to get my money back , Spend to much time trying to fix something that broken.
Next time get urself a quality motherboard from Gigabyte or ASUS and RAM from a known brand.
THis bundle was more Intel CPU with cheap OEM-Mainboard and cheap RAM
