some used to do it, but i wrote the strategy three years ago when not many people knew about it so it is much more widespread now

I must say that in real NR games (as No Rush players call "Treaty" games), we play HM NB and NWS. Any player who wants to get good plays by these rules. But it is a severe mistake to call treaty a no rush. Indeed No Rush is actually a rush with late-game units. If you hesitate, you lose, but if you know when to press and when to let the enemy come near your economy you will win. At least thats the case in Vanilla where eco cards aren't OP.
