my goal..well i got alot
1) Be the best hockey player ever!!!(99% chances compared to the others)
2) Reach 1st lt(50% chances compared to the others)
3) Reach Major( 0.00008% chances compared to the others)
4) Reach lvl 40(0.00000000000000000000000000001% chances compared to the others)

Ok, I decided I need two new goals: 1st - Make 1st lt and 1800 ELO.
2nd - Play a rated team game with every member of the clan where they are on my side (2v2, 3v3, of 4v4). I've recently had an affinity for team games w/clan members against the rest of the world.

Soccer, don't hesitate to ask me to play a rated with you. I'm not online a whole lot, but when I am, I'm game.

right here are my goals:

1) reach srg (master srg)

2) Master the basic hotkeys so they r second nature

3) not to forget about constant vill production when i go to battle

Scoop, my suggestion would be:

1) master hotkeys
2) not forget about vill production
3) reach sgt or mst sgt

Reason I say this is, by doing #1, you get better at #2, both of which translate into #3.

In terms of #1, my suggestion would be to play a number of games with the AI, with the sole purpose of cycling through and using your basic hotkeys. Objective isn't necessarily to win the game...just get used to using the hotkeys. Identify your top 5 most important hotkeys and do them over and over. Pretty soon, they'll get ingrained. Some basic ones:

T = takes you to your TC
V = spawns villie when TC is selected
/ = takes you to your explorer
N = ejects garrisoned villies out of TC (great for moving villies through TC instead of around it.
B = garrisons villies if you're being raided (hitting B again sends everyone back to where they came from, which is really handy)
Ctl (1-9) = control groups, i.e., units, barracks, etc.

Just some thoughts....everyone has their own approach.

^Good advice and thx for listing some hotkeys. I didn't know the N and B hotkeys and often waste precious time trying to ring the town bell or get units to un-garrison, thats really gonna help loads!

I don't use bell ring too often, I think it's a good train to eco management

2.) repeat step 1. for japan

Heh, I actually find Japan very easy to beat. Old han >>>>> ashi spam. I consider Japan to be my only "free win" opponent.

bleh. sometimes japan players spam konsha yama-things and ashi -> and prolong a game to the 20 min. mark. where their eco will keep up with you even if they only have half your villies. then they wth own you with their superior units -_-
