N3O Age Of Empires and Starcraft 2 Clan

In a number of games I've gone to look at the recording and there hasn't been one. Do both players need to tick the recorded games toggle for the game to record, or is it enough for only you to click the toggle to get the game to record?

I seem to remember someone saying that IAmGrunt didn't let people watch his games back.

If your talking about QS, I think it is a bit hit and miss, it works out something like if you are hosting and have record selected the game is recorded. If the other player is hosting and doesn't have record selected then the game is not recorded regardless of whether you have record selected or not.
How the QS decides who is host though, I am not sure. Perhaps it's the person who has been searching longer?

whoever is blue must have the recorded game box ticked on
which is usually the one with the fastest connection as well i think
