5755 people online on ESO at the moment, what's that all about?
Normally I see 2-3k max.

People returning? One can only hope so. Last night it hit almost 7k I believe.

According to age sanctuary, they were saying it was a bug that occurred when the servers came back online.

yeah a consistent 6-7k is a bit unbelievable..on a weekday too. If only it was true tho..

Cammel now that you're officer your post rate has increased by over 1000% I would say, how come?

yup it was discussed on agesanc and agecomm, my theory is that always happened when servers were back up and running i bet ESO kinda "forgot" to subtract the people before the server was down, and when everybody (or most players) logged back in, they counted twice :-P

Oh no, don't think that I'm going to keep posting a lot - yesterday 1/3 of my posts were Chocosanta (initially by accident) posting whilst logged in as me on my second computer.
Needless to say he knows if he does that again he's getting pinched.

Isnt that ESO population as a whole..like other ESO games included or is that Just AOE population??

no, there are ESO and ESO2, one is for Age of Mythology plus its Add-Ons the other one is for Age of Empires III and its Add-Ons.
when the population is counted, for example when we play aoe3, it is counted as all players, regardless if they are logged in in vanilla, twc or tad, all are counted together

i don't get what you mean rumi?
what we see on aoe3 are all age3 players(vanilla+twc+tad), on age of mythology only all age of mythology players
