Best Graphics Card For Under £100

Well My Nvidia 8600GT 512mb is broken =[
and so i'm looking for a new graphics card for £100 or under.
any suggestions or Opinions? i'm looking for the best possible bang for my buck.

yeah and the onboard graphics suck nuts haha
i bought my graphics card a while ago like about 6 - 8 months ago
its PCI-Express btw and im not really looking for a card on steroids just something that would allow me to play aoe3 on full.
btw i have a 2.33Ghz Intel quad core processor, and 4 gb ram if that helps.
