How to post a tech problem

Hi!
If u want help with a tech problem, we also need ur help. Give a detailed description of the error.
We also need the specs of ur comp. We know that some have problems with that. Here is an easy way for you to give us the information:
1. Press Windows Key (start) +R
2. type "dxdiag" + press enter
3. Press button "Save all information"
4. Store the text file somewhere
5. Attach the txt file to ur post
