Account theft?

Hey guys, I recently tried to log into my account but it didn't accept my password. I logged onto a friends account and saw that someone had deleted a lot of my homecities and made some that I would never call for instance "DS" and etc. This is very serious because I worked up a lot of these from level 1 to 100. Perhaps having a too easy password and having a controversial name were the problem. I think I will report this to ES, while they remain. I also realized that the person had played one game already. I wonder who that would be...

https://esoaccounts.agecommunity.com/PasswordReset.aspx

Go here and put your eso name down and press forgot password. Then you just have to put in your nilla CD key to reset your password.

Ryzon might do something about it if you tell him.  I know ESO logs Evey IP address when you log in. For your hcs if they are no longer L100 it only takes a few hours to get it back to L100.

I take it these DM games are not you ?

Also send an email to age3support@microsoft.com with your username and product ID and what happened. I think Ryz0n will help you recover it in 2-3 bussiness days and will ban the person who stole your account (but be aware: If any of your friends played on your account they might get banned aswell)

Those DM games are definitely not mine. I don't even play DM often, I've only played some six games online in DM.
