Unit preloading - solve the caching issues

- Search for "preloader" on the arcade section of battle.net
- Run the map once before a ladder session
every time you start sc2, search preloader in arcade and let it finish. all files will be loaded into your ram and you won't have the first time building/unit jitters.
EDIT: The arcade map is now live on EU too! No need for the replay anymore
