I think it is definitely nice, though like I said in another post it would be nice if there were options besides white (and I'm looking forward to a less stringent avatar size limit).

For now, I have turned on the ability for you to change the theme. SB, Craz and I still need to talk about this. So this might only be temporary. But you can see some of the other themes in action.

I know what you mean Kaz but if we allow the avatars to be too large they cause the forums to expand.

I think it was a good idea to let them see different themes for now Bob. Maybe we'll have a vote on a favorite theme. But once a theme is chosen and we get the images we want, we'll want to keep that theme for quite a while.

If the themes are very similar and the banner works with more than one we could always allow those options for themes.

Wow. Very impressive, and a lot easier on the eyes than the old site. I hope to have internet sometime by the New Year so maybe I'll get to play again someday. My skills have atrophyed bad by now, but I got TAD so maybe I can stay a little sharp.

If you have a set of fairly basic icons and images / banners for the site template (for instance the cannon guys on the old forums) then it shouldn't be too hard to tweak their coloring in photoshop to fit a theme.

But I understand the desire to have one theme to keep things consistent.

I must say, though, if we must settle on one main theme, keeping it mostly plain white is very boring indeed.

KK, which theme are you using that you say has mostly white? I'm using n3o2 and most of the white is just in the news.

Or are you calling the gray background white?

That's what I'm using, n302. It is easier on the eyes.
